Meet Dr. Elena Bouras
Dr. Elena Bouras, D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic) is a licensed chiropractor serving the families of the southeastern suburbs.
Born and raised in Texas, she graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s in Kinesiology. She then attended a leading chiropractic university, Parker University in Dallas, Texas.
After completing her doctorate of chiropractic, she moved to Australia with her Aussie husband.
Experience and Techniques
Her treatment techniques include: soft tissue therapy, gentle and specific adjustments (gentle joint manipulation), Graston Soft Tissue Therapy, KinesioTape, and Activator. Dr. Elena has a passion for treating children and has completed 85 hours of post-graduate studies in Chiropractic Paediatrics.
She is known for being very caring, gentle and listening to her patient’s problems.

Along her side is her husband, Nick, and her son, Theodore. Dr. Elena maintains a mission to serve the community and patients with love, compassion and gratitude.
